3. User Accounts and Google Integration

To access rePatt, you must create an account.

Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

Google Authorization: By connecting your Google Business Profile, you grant rePatt the necessary permissions to access review content and post replies on your behalf as configured within our platform.

4. Subscription and Payment

Billing: By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing for your chosen plan.

Promotional Pricing: All subscription plans are offered on a 3-month promotional basis starting from your subscription date. After this period, pricing may be updated to reflect changes in features or operating costs. Users will be notified in advance of any changes.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings to avoid future charges.

5. Intellectual Property & Logo Usage

rePatt and its original content are protected by intellectual property laws.

Brand Asset License: By using rePatt, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your business logo and brand assets to personalize your experience, generate branded marketing materials on your behalf, and display your logo on our website as a customer showcase.

6. AI-Powered Data Analysis

rePatt utilizes artificial intelligence and third-party models (including OpenAI) to process data.

Consent: You consent to the automated analysis of reviews and the generation of AI insights.

Processing Standards: All AI processing is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and enterprise-grade data protection standards to ensure your data is not used to train public AI models.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any illegal purpose, to harass others, or to interfere with the platform's operation. Because rePatt integrates with Google, you must also comply with Google's Prohibited Content policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

rePatt is a tool to assist with business management. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or actions taken by third-party platforms like Google regarding your business profile.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may revoke rePatt's access to your Google data at any time via your Google Security Settings.
