By accessing and using rePatt ("we," "our," or "us"), an AI-powered review analysis platform located at repatt.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
rePatt provides an AI-powered platform designed to help businesses analyze customer reviews and improve their online reputation. Our services include:
To access rePatt, you must create an account.
Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
Google Authorization: By connecting your Google Business Profile, you grant rePatt the necessary permissions to access review content and post replies on your behalf as configured within our platform.
Billing: By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing for your chosen plan.
Promotional Pricing: All subscription plans are offered on a 3-month promotional basis starting from your subscription date. After this period, pricing may be updated to reflect changes in features or operating costs. Users will be notified in advance of any changes.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings to avoid future charges.
rePatt and its original content are protected by intellectual property laws.
Brand Asset License: By using rePatt, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your business logo and brand assets to personalize your experience, generate branded marketing materials on your behalf, and display your logo on our website as a customer showcase.
rePatt utilizes artificial intelligence and third-party models (including OpenAI) to process data.
Consent: You consent to the automated analysis of reviews and the generation of AI insights.
Processing Standards: All AI processing is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and enterprise-grade data protection standards to ensure your data is not used to train public AI models.
You agree not to use the service for any illegal purpose, to harass others, or to interfere with the platform's operation. Because rePatt integrates with Google, you must also comply with Google's Prohibited Content policies.
rePatt is a tool to assist with business management. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or actions taken by third-party platforms like Google regarding your business profile.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may revoke rePatt's access to your Google data at any time via your Google Security Settings.
rePatt owns the Service software, templates, UI components, and generated layout and implementation we provide through the platform. You retain ownership of content you supply (for example text, images, and logos you upload), subject to licenses you grant us in these Terms (including the brand asset license in Section 5) and applicable law.
The hosted website made available through rePatt is not a portable, turnkey product for deployment on another platform as-is. If we offer an export (for example a content snapshot), it is provided for your convenience only, may be limited in scope and format, and does not transfer rePatt's platform, templates, components, or other intellectual property.
Where the product presents an acknowledgment (for example when connecting a custom domain, publishing, or completing checkout), you agree that custom domain connection, public availability, and search indexing are subject to your plan and these Terms, and do not create a right to receive a turnkey or equivalent hosted product outside rePatt. (Final wording and placement should be confirmed with counsel.)
If you move to a Free or lower tier, custom domain features may not be available and we may not serve your marketing site on a custom hostname. Your Repatt-hosted URL (for example a path on repatt.ai) may remain available for sharing as described in the product, while we may apply technical measures so that URL is not intended for search indexing on applicable tiers. Your content may remain stored in your account in accordance with our retention practices and Privacy Policy unless you delete your account or applicable law requires otherwise.
Where we offer account deletion, it is intended to result in permanent deletion of your account data that we control, subject to legal retention obligations, security requirements, and backup or disaster-recovery limitations described in our Privacy Policy.
