2.2 Google User Data

When you connect your Google Business Profile, we access:

• Review Content: Review text, ratings, and reviewer names.
• Management Access: Permission to post, edit, or delete review replies on your behalf to enable our automation tools.

2.3 Usage Information

We collect log data and interaction metrics to improve the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide the rePatt dashboard and review analysis.
• Auto-Reply: Generate and post replies to your Google reviews based on your business settings.
• Process subscriptions and provide customer support.

4. Google API Disclosure & Limited Use

rePatt's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not use Google user data to train, restyle, or improve generalized AI/ML models.

We do not sell your Google data or use it for advertising or lead generation.

5. Third-Party AI Processing

To provide sentiment analysis and reply suggestions, review text is shared with OpenAI.

• Data Protection: We use enterprise-grade API configurations to ensure your data is not used by OpenAI to train their public models.
• Privacy: We strip personally identifiable information (PII) from review data before processing where possible.

6. Data Security and Retention

Content Storage: In compliance with Google Business Profile API policies, we do not store "Content" (specific review text) for more than 30 calendar days for active caching. We maintain historical star ratings and anonymized analytics to provide long-term business trend analysis.

Security: We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data.

7. Your Rights and Deletion
